This NEW 21st Century Shooting Flash Hole Deburring Tool is simple to use. It is designed to index off the case floor (or web). Simply insert precision polished stainless steel Cutter Shaft into Case Mouth. A few twist by hand, or power it with the hex power-driver shaft. No stops to fiddle with, no clumsy inserts. This cutter Shaft is so smooth it will not harm sized cases.
The cutting tip is ground for the job of deburring the inside of flash holes. (not a cheap center drill)
